Job summary

Motive seeks a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead the ASE training program for early-career talent. You will oversee the bootcamp, develop high-potential Associate Solutions Engineers into capable, value-driven technical sellers, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across cohorts.

You will partner with Field SE Management, Sales Enablement, and Recruiting to deploy graduates into field roles, while coordinating with Product to keep training current.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience or a combination of Solutions Engineering management and formal enablement or training leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical sales training, bootcamps, or structured mentorship programs; experience improving established programs is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the ASE bootcamp, aligning curriculum to product knowledge, technical acumen, value-based selling, competitive differentiation, and professional skills.
• Maintain milestones, assessments, and graduation criteria while using feedback and performance data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure scalable program operations and introduce new content and learning experiences as business needs evolve.
• Coach and develop Associate Solutions Engineers through training, labs, and simulated sales scenarios.
• Provide feedback and development plans to support field deployment.
