Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Manager, Associate Solutions Engineering Academy in Nashville to lead the ASE training program for early-in-career Solutions Engineers. You will oversee bootcamp execution, curriculum alignment to product knowledge and value-based selling, and continuous program improvement.

You will coach ASEs through training, labs, and simulated sales scenarios, and collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Product, and Marketing to deploy graduates into field roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience or equivalent enablement leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Ability to work in office.
• Proven background as an individual contributor Solutions Engineer with success in selling complex SaaS/IoT/AI/ML solutions.
• Experience delivering technical sales training, bootcamps, or structured mentorship programs; improving established programs is valued.
• Strong passion for developing early-in-career talent with ability to give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ASE bootcamp execution and continuous improvement, aligning curriculum with product knowledge and value-based selling.
• Maintain milestones, assessments, and graduation criteria; use feedback and data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure scalable program operations and introduce new content as needs evolve.
• Coach and develop ASE through training, labs, and simulated sales scenarios including discovery calls and demos.
• Provide actionable feedback and development plans to support field deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Product, and Marketing to onboard ASE graduates and keep training current.
