You will mentor scientists, shape the technical roadmap, and partner with product and engineering to deploy impactful AI at scale.

You will champion recommendations, search relevance, and scalable personalization while guiding cross-functional teams through production deployment and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• PhD (or Master’s with 10+ years applied experience) in ML, CS, stats, or related field.
• 8+ years designing, building, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional ML/AI initiatives from ideation through production.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C++, with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in recommendation systems, search relevance, or large-scale personalization.
