Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Applied Scientist for Prime Video Personalization and Discovery. You will lead ML research-to-production for personalized experiences, guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring scientists and engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions at scale.

You will influence product roadmaps, collaborate with product, data science, and engineering partners, and drive strategic AI vision for consumer-facing features across Prime Video.

Qualifications

• PhD in ML, CS, statistics or related field.
• 8+ years designing, building, deploying ML models at scale.
• Proven cross-functional ML/AI leadership from ideation to production.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of the customer experience across discovery journey.
• Build AI and optimization solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Mentor scientists and influence product and engineering roadmaps.
