Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Service Center Operations Senior Manager in Mesa to provide leadership for the Service Center area, ensuring aircraft maintenance meets customer, FAA, and company time and cost targets.

The role requires extensive maintenance and supervisory experience in aviation, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and program alignment. Travel may be required as part of oversight and customer liaison efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform essential functions.
• A&P license and 4 years of related aircraft experience may offset the degree.
• 8 years aircraft maintenance experience, including 4 years in-service maintenance on large or mid-size cabin aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer scheduling with PS scheduling group to optimize downtimes and manage labor hours within budgets.
• Coordinate hangar operations to maximize labor efficiency and meet schedules, ensuring FAA and Gulfstream standards.
• Meet with customer representatives to discuss progress and problems and provide updates.
• Administer policies and appraise subordinates for performance reviews.
