Job summary

The role requires experience with structural/composite repairs, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Quality Control, Planning, and Materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance or related field with equivalent experience.
• 6 years in aviation, including 3 years in one or more support functions (Avionics, Paint, Interior or Maintenance) on large/mid-size cabin aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Direct hangar support to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and safety/quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and manage manpower, budgets, and resources across multiple aircraft projects.
• Provide guidance to technicians and ensure work uses approved data.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Planning, Materials, and Production Control.
• Drive root cause corrective actions and continuous improvement.
