Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• A&P license and 4+ years of related aircraft experience may offset degree requirements.
• 8+ years of aircraft maintenance experience including in-service maintenance on large or mid-size cabin aircraft.
• 6+ years of supervisory experience in aviation maintenance or related roles; or 4 years with a Master's to offset 2 years of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer scheduling in PS scheduling group to meet service capacity and budgets.
• Oversee hangar operations to improve labor efficiency and meet schedules while complying with FAA standards.
• Meet with customer representatives to discuss progress and resolve issues.
• Administer corporate policies and appraise subordinates' performance.
• Supervise a continuous safety program in the hangar area and manage equipment use.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and participate in improvement projects.
