Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking a Senior Manager, DC Air Network Operations, a remote position based in the United States. You will lead performance, optimization, and strategic development of the air network, managing key airline and delivery partner relationships alongside a team of analysts and specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of logistics industry experience, preferably in air cargo or eCommerce.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within logistics or transportation operations.
• Project management experience, including international projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor air network performance metrics and report on trends.
• Develop shipment routing plans aligned with forecasts and ops needs.
• Lead relationships with airlines, airfreight, and delivery partners to balance service and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize transit times and customer experience.
• Provide operational and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
