Job summary

You will lead a team of network controllers and planners, monitor KPIs, analyze data for improvements, collaborate with logistics and customer service, and drive continuous cost reductions and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network operations, logistics, or aviation.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts within a 24 hour operation and travel >15%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Network Management: Develop and implement plans to optimize routes, schedules, and capacity utilization.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day network operations for safe, efficient transport of goods and passengers.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage network controllers and planners with clear direction and professional development.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as on-time performance, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency; drive improvements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, operations, customer service, and external partners.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies; stay updated on changes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance network performance and reduce costs.
• Customer Focus: Work with customer service to address concerns and improve service quality.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
