DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers across the U.S. You will oversee customer relationships, set expectations with managers, and ensure performance standards are met.

As a senior leader, you’ll work with the General Manager and Operations Managers to drive growth, hire and develop leaders, and maintain a high standard of service for key accounts. This role offers visibility in a global logistics organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years logistics industry experience required.
• 9-10 years of management experience required.
• Experience in customer contract management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple distribution centers and manage cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure centers meet client needs.
• Develop leadership teams and drive performance across the group.
• Collaborate with DHL functional departments to support growth.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development programs.
