Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Design & Realization to lead the design and realization of AI-powered solutions across industries. The role blends strategy, research, design, and storytelling to turn customer insights into scalable, platform-ready offerings.

You will own end-to-end solution development, leverage AI-native tools, and work with Product, Industry, and Field Sales to maximize value and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, design thinking, user research, strategy consulting, or digital transformation at enterprise scale.
• Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods with ability to synthesize insights for business decisions.
• Ability to connect user value, product capability, and business outcomes through clear insights.
• Exceptional executive presence with facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with applying AI and modern design tools to accelerate workflows.
• Experience taking ideas from concept to working solutions using AI-native tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive net new ACV growth through solution-led engagement in assigned industry verticals.
• Shape AI-first solution design, defining processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Build AI-native market intelligence workflows from signals to prioritized opportunities.
• Maintain deep industry insights by engaging with partners, analysts, and thought leaders.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers, partners, and experts to validate challenges and gaps.
• Consolidate insights across ServiceNow teams to build on existing assets.
• Deep dive into product capabilities to ensure technically feasible, platform-grounded solutions.
• Translate insights into practical, platform-ready designs with AI workflows as a core element.
• Act as product owner for seller-facing agents and solution tooling from concept to rollout.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on scope, value proposition, and positioning.
