You will partner with security, privacy, and risk teams to ensure compliant, scalable delivery of responsible AI capabilities while mentoring engineers and guiding cross‑functional decisions across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• 9-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience owning production AI, search, or knowledge systems.
• Delivery of shared knowledge or grounded‑AI capabilities across sources.
• Fluency with semantic, graph, or retrieval technologies; strong SQL; general‑purpose programming language.
• Experience designing data pipelines with production controls.
• Evidence of implementing provenance, quality, access, and lifecycle controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the knowledge direction and own the target architecture and roadmap for knowledge, retrieval, and grounding in AI products.
• Design an organization memory with a federated approach and durable interfaces.
• Translate business questions with domain experts to define concepts, relationships, and boundaries for AI interpretation.
• Engineer reusable ingestion patterns to bring varied sources into the platform while preserving authority and provenance.
• Build and optimize retrieval using search, semantic, graph, and structured methods with clear trade‑offs.
