Job summary

Exa, the AI-first search engine company, seeks a Senior Manager of Customer and Partner Marketing to turn customer proof into a scalable go-to-market engine. You will shepherd case studies, advocacy programs, and co-marketing with strategic partners to generate pipeline and inform product direction.

You will own voice-of-customer workflows, manage a reference program, and build AI-powered processes to speed asset creation. This role prefers in-person work at our San Francisco HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing at a B2B technology company.
• Proven portfolio of published customer proof with measurable impact.
• Excellent writing and ability to interview engineers to produce credible content.
• Comfort discussing technical subjects, APIs, and developer audiences.
• Experience running reference/advocacy programs with sales enablement impact.
• Track record of co-marketing with commercial or platform partners, from plan to launch.
• Demonstrated AI-minded mindset with shipped automations or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer evidence engine: case studies, quantified results, quotes, and logos.
• Manage reference and advocacy programs; maintain customer advisory board.
• Oversee commercial partner marketing: cloud marketplaces, agencies, co-branded assets, and co-sell motions.
• Capture voice of customer; feed product, PMM, and leadership with findings.
• Own library of customer proof and partner assets; enable AE handoffs.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to accelerate asset creation.
