Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Security Operations Center, including our FedRAMP environment. You’ll advance detection, response, and AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining strict operational rigor and cross-functional collaboration across Threat Operations and Security Engineering.

You’ll define the SOC’s operating model, manage budgets and staffing, and report on MTTD/MTTR and coverage. This role requires US citizenship and candidates with FedRAMP experience will stand out.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, incident response, or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience as Incident Manager and leading SOC operations.
• Proven ability to define and report SOC metrics to technical and executive audiences.
• Direct FedRAMP experience is a strong plus; US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 monitoring, ensure consistent coverage across shifts and regions.
• Serve as Incident Manager for major security incidents and guide investigations.
• Drive improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Own AI-enabled SOC roadmap, tool evaluation, pilot, and rollout efforts.
