Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Sales & Leader Onboarding to shape the strategy and design of onboarding for Data Foundation Sellers and Sales Leaders. You will own the end-to-end learner journey, aligning with Global Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, and executive stakeholders to accelerate productivity and customer success.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, learning strategy, sales leadership, or enterprise software sales.
Experience leading large-scale global onboarding or enablement programs.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and complex B2B buying motions.
Experience using business metrics and learner data to shape program strategy.
Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to scale learning and improve learner experiences.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of AE and Sales Leader onboarding.
Define onboarding standards, success metrics, and scalable learning experiences.
Design leader onboarding that equips frontline managers to coach effectively.
Modernize onboarding through AI, automation, and innovative learning solutions
Support delivery of onboarding programs through sessions or facilitation.
