Job summary

Agero is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Architecture to design and scale enterprise digital learning, AI-assisted pathways, and capability development. You will align skills forecasting with personalized employee development, optimizing technology and analytics to improve time-to-proficiency and business impact.

You’ll lead modernization of the learning tech stack and develop scalable programs across leaders and teams, delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced certification preferred.
• 8–10 years in corporate learning, development, or talent programs with leadership experience.
• Expertise with AI-driven learning tools and modern digital talent stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise learning infrastructure and AI-enabled pathways.
• Forecast skills, build upskilling pathways, and measure impact with analytics.
• Lead curriculum architecture and modular micro-learning assets.
• Provide manager enablement tools and coaching frameworks.
• Create live dashboards translating learning into business impact.
