Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Manager, Direct Sales to lead the Commercial Direct Sales team. You will drive new logo acquisition and expand market footprint within organizations of 100 to 1,000 employees, building a high-velocity outbound engine and data-driven coaching cadences.

Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, you will turn growth priorities into quarterly execution, guiding a team of top-performing Account Executives and collaborating with Alliances/Channel partners to scale pipelines

Qualifications

Proven track record of leading quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales teams.
Experience designing outbound hunting motions and territory builds.
Mastery of MEDDPICC and conversational intelligence.
Experience coaching reps and channel partners.

Responsibilities

Hit and exceed team quota across 5–7 Account Executives.
Design and scale an outbound pipeline motion and repeatable playbooks.
Embed daily AI prospecting workflows across the sales team.
Standardize MEDDPICC and Gong coaching frameworks for deals.
Collaborate with Channel/Alliances and Marketing on territory plans and partnerships.
