We are seeking a senior RevOps/Account Management professional to own renewal processes and drive customer lifecycle initiatives from a remote-first home base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Account Management or Revenue Operations.
• Deep Salesforce expertise.
• Experience in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with executive and senior leadership on renewal processes and customer lifecycle.
• Drive strategy, lead projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to build the best customer experience.
• Support Account Management team with SKUs, pricing, and quotes.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and conduct regular audits with regional RevOps and Sales teams.
• Own sales forecasting and pipeline management for Account Management and Renewals teams.
• Assist with project leadership and manage complex requests involving multiple stakeholders.
