Job summary

JumpCloud Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Sales Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for evaluating customers and partners. You will tailor demonstrations, map customer pain points to JumpCloud solutions, and assist with trial setups and technical Q&A.

You will collaborate with direct and channel sales teams, enable partners, and contribute to engineering feedback on product improvements and automation opportunities. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical Sales Engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS technologies and AD environments.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS).

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical trusted advisor for organizations evaluating JumpCloud.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations and align solutions to customer pain points.
• Support direct and partner sales with product questions and enablement.
• Assist with setup of free trials and provide technical Q&A through the trial journey.
• Identify issues and collaborate on product improvements and automation ideas.
