Snowflake seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Planning & Architecture to design the operating and financial architecture of the AI Native Engineering (FDE) business.

This role operates across functions to align planning with growth, investment, and governance. You will lead annual planning for revenue, bookings, and cost, build capacity models, define data strategy, and architect the operating model while shaping future org design and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business planning, strategic finance, business operations, or related function with exposure to services or GTM.
• 2+ years of people leadership or leading cross-functional planning efforts.
• Proven ability to build financial and operating models (revenue, bookings, cost, capacity/demand) and translate them into executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong command of operating-model concepts, data models, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Annual Planning: Lead revenue, bookings, and cost planning for the AI Native Engineering business with cross-functional partnerships.
• Drive Capacity & Demand Planning: Align capacity to the forward-looking pipeline and delivery commitments.
• Set Data & Analytics Strategy: Define metrics, source-of-truth data models, and reporting standards for data-led decisions.
• Architect the Operating Model: Design cross-functional workflows with clear ownership and governance.
• Shape Future Organization Strategy: Develop headcount, skills roadmaps, and org design scenarios to scale.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Align planning assumptions with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and BizOps.
