Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Ops AI & Tooling to build the internal operating engine. You will own tooling strategy, design and ship internal tools, and automate workflows across staffing, planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Role involves deploying AI agents for operational use cases, integrating PSA, CRM, planning, and BI tools, and driving adoption while aligning with cross-functional teams. Competitive base salary with bonus/equity options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years (IC4) or 10+ years (IC5) of experience in business operations or related fields.
• Proven track record designing and shipping internal operational tools.
• GenAI and LLM fluency to automate operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Tooling Strategy & Roadmap: define the internal tooling strategy and release plan.
• Build Business Planning & Operating Tools with cross-functional partners.
• Automate workflows across staffing, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop AI agents and GenAI-powered workflows for operational use cases.
• Drive cross-system integration and orchestration across the tech stack.
