Snowflake is hiring a Senior Director of Analytics Engineering to lead a 20+ person Analytics Engineering team within the Data, Analytics, and AI organization. You will build and operate pipelines behind Snowflake's revenue, bookings, people analytics, and go-to-market reporting within a governed data platform.

You will own internal analytics agents and drive AI-assisted engineering, collaborating with Product and Engineering on roadmaps while championing Cortex Code-based workflows and adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics/data engineering leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics Engineering org, setting priorities and technical strategy with team leads.
• Drive internal data transformation to AI-ready foundations with governance.
• Own analytics agents and semantic layers used across the org.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering with Cortex Code workflows.
• Act as customer zero, testing Snowflake features with Product.
• Represent Snowflake in customer conversations and events.
• Push the stack forward by adopting new Data/AI capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align roadmaps and downstream systems.
• Share patterns across Data, Analytics, AI orgs.
