Job summary

AI Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Lead for its Smart Supply offering across holdco and agency structures. You will drive new business, build executive relationships, and shape the sales strategy in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

You\'ll manage a small BDR team, collaborate with Revenue, Growth, and Strategy teams, and travel to key markets as needed, with locations based in major US hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience in ad tech or related field with proven new business generation.
• Experience selling into holding companies and navigating agency structures.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, programmatic and investment teams.
• Experience leading a sales team (3–4 direct reports).
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Based in Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development for AI Digital’s Smart Supply offering.
• Build relationships with media planners, buyers, programmatic and investment teams, and senior media leaders.
• Identify new opportunities through outreach, networking, meetings, and industry events.
• Turn account segmentation and mapping into clear sales and outreach plans.
• Manage and develop an initial team of three BDRs, with potential to grow.
• Improve sales processes, strategies, and best practices for Smart Supply BD.
• Partner with Revenue, Growth, Strategy, and other internal teams.
• Represent AI Digital at client meetings and industry events, with regular travel to key markets.
