Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs within the Adobe ecosystem. You will drive opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee delivery of Adobe solutions across marketing and customer experience capabilities.

As Senior Manager, you will manage engagement delivery, budgets, and risk while guiding cross-functional teams. Frequent travel (up to 80%) and a hybrid work model in the US are expected as you collaborate with executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of the following specialties: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leader with experience building teams, mentoring talent, and driving delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets; manage engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue by originating, shaping, closing opportunities; executive lead.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable integrations and APIs.
• Own delivery governance, estimation, deployment, value realization with high-performing teams.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagements and leadership.
