Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead to originate, grow, and deliver transformation programs across the Adobe ecosystem. You will drive Adobe-related sales opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee implementation, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, ensure timelines and budgets, and travel up to 80% to support client engagements and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Program/project management and engagement economics oversight.
• Originating, shaping, and closing Adobe transformation opportunities.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable integrations and API-enabled architectures.
