Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Sales & Delivery Lead in the United States to originate, grow, and deliver Adobe transformation programs. You will drive Adobe-related sales opportunities, shape client strategies, and oversee delivery across enterprise Adobe solutions, leveraging your program management and executive relationship skills.

You will manage complex, cross-functional teams, guide multi‑year transformation initiatives, and travel up to 80% to engage clients and lead engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
• No less than 10-12 years of relevant experience in selling and delivering Adobe cross platform implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2-3 of: Adobe AJO, Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Workfront, Adobe RT CDP.
• Proven success leading marketing transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex programs in technology, telecom, media, consumer products, or retail industries.
• Track record of originating, shaping, and closing consulting and platform transformation opportunities.
• Strong people leader with experience building teams, mentoring talent, and driving delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and meeting objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
• Drive Adobe revenue growth by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities as executive lead.
• Architect enterprise Adobe solutions across personalization, content, data, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
• Lead complex implementations with scalable cross‑platform integrations using APIs and automation.
• Own delivery excellence across estimation, governance, deployment, and value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-powered transformation and future-state marketing capabilities.
