Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations, driving cybersecurity risk management across a growing global portfolio of transactions.

You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide executive reporting to strengthen deal security and ensure successful integrations and separations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity and business requirements into actionable plans and dashboards.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, or similar business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and project assignments for the cybersecurity capability across multiple transactions.
• Advance deal security initiatives and provide executive-level portfolio reporting and governance.
• Lead post-close integration workstreams and develop standard operating procedures and playbooks.
