Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations within the Technology Enterprise Strategy & Security group.

You will guide cybersecurity portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close activities, coordinate with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business technology teams, and ensure timely, well-governed decisions for complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for A&D cybersecurity portfolio execution, resourcing, deal security engagement, and executive reporting.
• Translate deal priorities, cybersecurity risks, integration requirements, and transition dependencies into structured plans and repeatable processes.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones across transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding, contractor management, and operating rhythms to scale A&D cybersecurity capability across a pipeline of transactions.
• Lead or deputy deliverables for post-close integration and divestiture workstreams with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Develop and improve A&D cybersecurity playbooks, workflows, and governance processes.
