Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. The role leads cybersecurity portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close transactions, aligning priorities with business goals and ensuring timely, secure outcomes.

You will partner with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, and Finance to mature operations, reporting, and playbooks while sustaining robust risk management across diverse deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, technology, and business requirements into actionable plans, status reporting, governance routines, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive communication skills for summarizing risk and business impact for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases with timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms for a growing pipeline.
• Advance deal security initiatives, including playbooks, intake support, and cross-functional participation.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones for integration and divestiture workstreams.
• Coordinate post-close integrations, divestitures, TSA execution, and transition planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field

MBA or MS preferred
