Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead a global cybersecurity portfolio across integrations, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. You will translate deal priorities and risks into structured plans for timely decision-making and consistent execution.

You will partner with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and external providers to improve portfolio visibility, maturity, and post-close outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security risk management for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Ability to translate deal priorities and risks into structured plans.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre- and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and workstream execution.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and definitions of done for deals.
• Lead or support post-close integration workstreams and handoffs.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, finance, and business Technology teams.
