Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Quality to own the 5-star standard across NPD programs, lead a small quality team, and work across Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing. You will drive structured quality processes, challenge peers, and deliver robust DFMEAs ahead of TRA.

You will build predictive models from IHUT data, translate results into actionable engineering recommendations, and ensure safety, regulatory, and testing plans are rigorously executed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product quality or product development in consumer electronics/home appliances.
• Experience leading and mentoring others in a fast-paced NPD environment.
• Strong DFMEA knowledge with ability to challenge and improve outputs.
• Solid understanding of safety testing, regulatory standards, and certifications.
• Proven ability to build predictive models from IHUT data and consumer insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the 5-star quality standard across assigned NPD programs and manage risk trajectories.
• Lead quality input into build reviews and propose concrete improvements with consumer rationale.
• Act as quality coach to Engineering and Product Development to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and lead a small team of NPD quality professionals and manage workload across programs.
• Lead EB0 build reviews and plan Pre-MP VEGA Hacks to surface issues before mass production.
• Build predictive models to forecast in-market rating performance and drive action.
• Ensure comprehensive testing plans and proactive safety/regulatory oversight.
• Own DFMEAs ahead of TRA, driving actionable mitigation actions and closure.
