Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a senior leader to own quality and product excellence strategy across the full NPD portfolio. You will direct Engineering, Product Development and Marketing to ensure the 5-star standard is met at launch and in-market performance.

You will manage a team of quality professionals, set predictive models for in-market performance, and collaborate with executives to drive consumer satisfaction and robust risk mitigation across global markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product quality, product development, or related engineering/consumer insights.
• Experience leading and developing a team in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong DFMEA knowledge and governance across a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct the 5-star standard across the NPD portfolio, partnering with Engineering, Product Development and Marketing.
• Lead predictive modeling for in-market rating performance and translate consumer validation into actionable recommendations.
• Own safety, regulatory, and certification delivery across markets, and escalate blockers with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor a team of quality/product excellence managers and analysts; drive governance and continuous improvement.
