Job summary

SharkNinja in Needham, MA, is seeking a senior leader to own quality and product excellence across the full NPD portfolio. You will guide Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing to ensure a 5-star standard from design through in-market performance.

This role requires setting strategic consumer quality objectives, directing a team of quality managers, and working with senior leadership to resolve design and regulatory challenges across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product quality, product development, or a related engineering or consumer insights function, including team leadership.
• Deep working knowledge of DFMEA methodology and raising DFMEA quality standards.
• Strong familiarity with safety testing, regulatory standards across major markets.
• Analytical and data-literate with IHUT data and translating findings into engineering recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the 5-star NPD standard across the portfolio and drive accountability for quality.
• Lead EB0 and Pre-MP VEGA Hacks and scale structured quality events.
• Own predictive modeling for in-market rating performance across builds.
• Oversee safety, regulatory, and certification delivery for launches across markets.
