Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a senior leader in product quality to own the 5-star standard from early development through launch readiness. You will embed in NPD programs to ensure safety, certification, and consumer-validated performance across markets.

You will partner with Engineering, Product Development and Marketing to drive predictive quality, rigorous testing plans, and timely remediation, delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product quality, development or related engineering/consumer insights within consumer electronics/home appliances.
• Ability to review and improve DFMEA quality with data-driven rigor.
• Familiarity with safety testing, regulatory standards, and certification processes across major markets.

Responsibilities

• Stand for the 5-star standard across NPD programmes, challenging teams when trajectories fall short.
• Maintain risk visibility across NPD portfolio and escalate when launch risk is high.
• Provide structured, evidence-based build reviews with actionable improvements.
