SharkNinja seeks a hands-on leader in product quality to own the 5-star standard from early development through launch readiness. You will embed in NPD programs to ensure safety, certification, consumer validation, and market readiness, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, product development, and marketing.

This role requires a challenger and connector, turning IHUT results into actionable engineering recommendations, building predictive models, and driving DFMEA and testing plans

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product quality, development, or related engineering/consumer insights.
• Working knowledge of DFMEA methodology and ability to review/improve quality.
• Familiarity with safety testing, regulatory standards, and certification processes across major markets (US/EU/UK).
• Analytical and data-literate; comfortable with IHUT data and translating findings into engineering recommendations.
• Confident communicator who can challenge peers and senior stakeholders with evidence.
• Detail-oriented and structured to manage multiple NPD programmes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Stand for the 5‑star standard across all NPD programmes and challenge trajectories that fall short.
• Lead quality input into EB0 build reviews and Pre‑MP VEGA Hacks; ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
• Build predictive models at each build stage to forecast in‑market rating performance and identify key consumer experience factors.
• Ensure Testing plans cover performance, durability, safety, and consumer experience; coordinate safety/regulatory deliverables.
• Own DFMEA completeness ahead of TRA and push for rigorous, real-world reflection in designs.
