SharkNinja is seeking a senior leader to own the 5-star quality and product excellence strategy across the full NPD portfolio. You will drive end-to-end accountability from development through launch, ensuring consumer satisfaction and high-rated products.

Lead a team of quality and product-excellence managers, partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Marketing, and align safety, regulatory, and testing with business goals. This role sits on the extended leadership team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product quality or development leadership.
• Experience with DFMEA and safety/regulatory processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering high-rate-of-sale products.

Responsibilities

• Own quality and product excellence across the NPD portfolio.
• Lead DFMEA governance and regulatory delivery.
• Drive predictive modeling for in-market performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and Marketing.
