My Florida Families within the Florida Department of Children and Families seeks a dynamic Senior Management Analyst Supervisor (SES) to lead the Quality Assurance Team in ESS programs. The role focuses on managing evaluations, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements in service delivery across regions.

The position requires experience in ESS program operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel and relocate statewide.

Qualifications

• Must be current DCF Employee.
• Five or more years of experience in the Florida DCF Economic Self Sufficiency Program determining eligibility or policy applications.
• Minimum of two years reading/reviewing cases in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• A valid State-issued Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of Senior Human Services Program Specialists, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance activities for ESS programs to ensure adherence to state and federal requirements.
• Monitor program operations, review cases, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to staff on program policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements.
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies, corrective action plans, and operational best practices.
• Prepare and present reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with regional offices, headquarters staff, community partners, and other stakeholders to support program goals.
• Review and evaluate policies and operational procedures, recommending improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Participate in workgroups, meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
