Competenze

• Knowledge of the developmentally disabled population and related care practices.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate scheduling and training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Coordinate, motivate, train, and evaluate employees and oversee day-to-day work.
• Ensure safety protocols for staff and residents and manage incident reporting.
• Oversee IDT programs and ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicaid rules.
