Guidehouse in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Managed Care Contracting and Performance Advisor to lead strategic management, negotiation, and performance monitoring of managed care contracts across hospital and physician services.

You will partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Operations, Physician Services, and payer organizations to optimize reimbursement, manage risk, and drive revenue growth through data-driven contract optimization.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or AA with extensive relevant healthcare contracting experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating managed care agreements with payers.
• Experience performing reimbursement analyses, financial modeling, and contract reviews.
• Knowledge of hospital and physician reimbursement methodologies and value-based models.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and renegotiate managed care contracts to optimize reimbursement.
• Lead payer negotiations for commercial and government payers with data support.
• Coordinate contract implementation and align internal teams on terms.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategic initiatives for expanding payer relationships and contracting opportunities.
