Guidehouse Inc. in the US seeks a Partner, Managed Care Advisory to lead growth for the Healthcare Practice. You will originate opportunities, guide high-impact revenue cycle transformations, and oversee multi-client engagements across the managed care vertical.

The role requires deep payer strategy expertise, executive-level selling, and the ability to close large contracts while mentoring teams and shaping the practice roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in executive consulting or healthcare leadership with Medicaid/Medicare experience.
• Proven track record selling and delivering Managed Care advisory services to large health systems.
• Strong ability to originate, close, and manage multi-year advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, risk mitigation, and strategic positioning for healthcare clients.
• Manage full managed care contracting cycles including analytics, strategy, negotiations, and post-contract work.
• Develop and execute comprehensive managed care solutions and price transparency analytics.
• Originate new clients and lead senior-level relationship management to close $8M+ deals.
• Lead advisory and delivery teams across concurrent engagements and cross-sell Guidehouse services.
