You will develop robust work plans, maintain precise documentation, and lead negotiations within approved parameters while coordinating with programs, marketing, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in provider contracting lifecycle.
• Experience with data analysis and healthcare cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider contracting from opportunity to final execution.
• Manage reimbursement and financial evaluations and negotiation terms.
• Develop contracting work plans and maintain documentation.
• Lead negotiations aligning terms with financial and legal parameters.
• Identify renewal dates and initiate negotiations to minimize risk.
• Communicate contracting positions to provider organizations.
• Provide analytics and reports to support department operations.
