L.A. Care is seeking a Manager of Contract Management and Execution in Los Angeles to oversee the full lifecycle of non-contracted provider agreements, including LOAs, MOUs, and single-case arrangements.

You will negotiate terms, define services, and coordinate implementation across departments to ensure accurate payments. The role requires senior-level expertise in managed care contracting, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while maintaining robust

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience; substitution allowed.
• Strong negotiation and contracting experience with providers and facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex provider agreements and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manages full lifecycle of non-contracted provider agreements (LOAs, MOUs, single-case).
• Negotiates terms with hospitals, physicians and providers to define services, rates, and requirements.
• Coordinates implementation across departments and maintains documentation and controls.
• Leads a high-volume portfolio of concurrent agreements and staff development.
• Ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and escalation procedures.
