Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing provider contracts in healthcare or managed care.
• 5 years of experience leading staff or people management roles.
• Experience translating executive vision into actionable plans and identifying risks and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end contracting process from opportunity identification to execution and renewal.
• Direct complex, high-value provider negotiations and resolve disputes.
• Develop staff, assign workloads, monitor performance, and coach teams.
• Ensure compliance, financial integrity, and alignment with enterprise goals in contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize reimbursement structures and contract terms.
