Job summary

Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to manage day-to-day mammography department operations and MQSA accreditation, while ensuring high-quality patient care. You will oversee staffing, training of technologists, and coordination of breast health education and patient support services.

The role requires ARRT certification, two years of mammography experience, and leadership capabilities to supervise staff and maintain equipment and quality

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a registered mammography technologist.
• Associate's degree from ARRT-accredited institute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations for mammography services including scheduling, safety, patient care, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform mammographic procedures and related imaging.
• Oversee MQSA inspections, ACR accreditation, QC program, and staff certifications.
