Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare seeks a Lead Mammography Technologist to oversee the mammography program and ensure MQSA, ACR, ARRT, and state regulatory compliance. The role includes quality control, staff training, and performance management to maintain high imaging quality and patient safety.

The ideal candidate has ARRT Mammography certification, BLS, and extensive experience in quality control and interventional mammo procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT Mammography certification (M) required.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control testing for mammography imaging equipment and ensure MQSA/ACR/ARRT compliance.
• Train and onboard staff; supervise performance and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate annual preventive maintenance and oversee documentation for regulatory programs.
