Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of professional related experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major gifts donors.
• Develop and execute personalized cultivation strategies for assigned donors.
• Collaborate to develop fundraising goals and track activity in CRM.
• Lead and supervise staff; ensure compliance with policies.
