Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health seeks an Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Relations to lead fundraising and alumni engagement. You will drive strategies, oversee a large donor portfolio, and partner with the Dean to advance school priorities.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic campaign planning, and a track record of major gifts, with extensive travel and collaboration across Johns Hopkins entities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and 15+ years of progressive development leadership experience.
• 10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a track record of six- to eight-figure gifts.
• 10+ years of supervision experience, including leading leaders of teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to manage complex budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fundraising and alumni relations strategies to advance BSPH's mission and priorities.
• Oversee development of leadership donors and $50M+ donor portfolio annually.
• Collaborate with Dean, BSPH leadership, and central DAR/JOHNS HOPKINS offices on donor engagement.
• Drive campaign and capital project fundraising targets, including South Building initiative.
• Manage teams, build partnerships, and ensure strategic alignment with university priorities.
