Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in fundraising, donor relations, and analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years donor/prospect research experience.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and project management for revenue growth.
• Track and analyze development activities and fundraising progress.
• Prepare briefing materials and proposals with major gift officers.
• Manage donor portfolios and coordinate research with Prospect Development.
• Coordinate events and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee regional program activities and travel logistics.
• Supervise a part-time student worker.
• Maintain donor database accuracy.
