Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Major Deal Pursuit Leader to drive sales and outcomes on large ICT outsourcing deals (TCV > $35M). You will originate, negotiate, and close complex agreements, directing pursuit strategy and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, profitable delivery and client buy-in.

The role requires leading multi-functional teams, managing engagement economics, and heavy travel—up to 75%—across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in outsourcing, out-tasking, and/or off-shoring negotiations/deals.
Line/matrix management experience with significant (30+)</= multi-function teams e.g. legal, bid management, commercial, operations etc.
Experience in leading and closing at least one complex network integration deal with TCV of $25M+ involving multiple components.
Willingness to travel up to 75% or less.
A valid Driver's License.
