Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Major Deal Pursuit Leader to drive the sales process for major ICT deals, originate pipeline, and close high-value opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage negotiations, and ensure delivery quality while traveling to client locations as needed.

The role requires extensive experience in outsourcing negotiations, multi-function team leadership, and a track record of closing large-scale network integration deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in outsourcing, out-tasking, and/or off-shoring negotiations/deals.
• Line/matrix management experience with 30+ multi-function teams (e.g., legal, bid management, commercial, ops).
• Experience in leading and closing a complex network integration deal with TCV ≥ $25M, involving multiple elements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% or less.
• A valid Driver’s License.
